Here is the Catechism Registration form for 2019-2020. These forms will be made available at Registration this Sunday, September 22nd at 9:30am, at Santi Apostoli. This form must be filled out and signed in order for your child to begin Catechism. If you are not able to come on the 22nd, please print out this form, fill it out and bring it to Santi Apostoli before October 1st, so we know how many children are in each class.
